2. Does my organisation save money too?
Yes, for each employee that joins the scheme, you can save up to £373 per year as you won’t be paying National Insurance on the value of your employees' Childcare Vouchers.

4. Do I have to pay anything to run the scheme?
You will incur a 4.5% Service Charge from us but these costs are deducted from savings made under the scheme, so there is no net cost to the employer.
5. How do I market the scheme to my employees?
PerkUp provide you with a comprehensive range of marketing materials designed to reach all types of employees, in all types of environments. As an example, we can provide you with posters, email campaigns and pay slip attachments as well as bespoke editorials for your organisation’s newsletter and/or intranet.
